Luisa Fernanda is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario law school, with emphasis  in Economics – History and Economic Thought.  As a degree option, Luisa carried out a semester of the master on Economic of Public Policies, deepening her knowledge of economic science.

In 2020 she volunteered in the Legislative Work Unit of the congressist Juanita Goebertus, which allowed her to reinforce her knowledge about administrative law and public policy. She also has experience in the projection of documents and carrying out doctrinal and jurisprudential investigations. 

Luisa is part of the Project Team of the Firm, offering her legal services regarding the regimes of regulated rates, public utilities, JOAs and others.
