Felipe has more than 15 years of experience acting as counsel for a wide variety of industries and sectors. He has been a member of highly reputed Colombian law firms, and in-house counsel with senior and management functions for a major multinational financial institution acting in the severance and pension funds; for a Colombian-based multinational massive consumption company focused on the dairy and derivatives products; and a Colombian-based major oilfield and drilling services company.

Felipe advises a number of agro-cannabis companies in contractual, regulatory, transactions and projects.

He has focused his practice on corporate and commercial law, financial and capital(equity) markets regulation, finance laws regulation, among others.
