Daniela obtained her law degree (cum laude) with a minor in economics in the Universidad de Los Andes in March 2018. She attended courses from the Masters in Private Law program in the same university, which allowed her to acquire a deeper knowledge in torts; economic constitutional law; foreign investment law; and antitrust law.

In November 2017 she obtained a distinction granted by the Ministry of Education and the President of Colombia for her performance in the state exam Saber Pro. Daniela ranked first in Law and fourth in overall disciplines, nationally.

Daniela was part of the Elsa Moot Court Competition on WTO Law, representing the Universidad de los Andes in the fifteenth edition of the competition.

Her team won the American regional round and were semi-finalists of the World round in Geneva, Switzerland, She has experience in Administrative Law, the preparation of legal memorandums and precedent investigation, particularly with regards to government procurement issues.

Daniela was a teaching assistant in the following classes: General Theory of the State; Comparative Law; and Obligations
